The Wausau area has had a Christian Baccalaureate Service since 1994, so this is the 30th local baccalaureate celebration! Each year the service is planned by senior students from the area schools and guided by a steering committee. The Baccalaureate Celebration provides the spiritual element in the lives of our students at a milestone occasion. It gives Christian young people an opportunity to express their faith in God and their thanksgiving to God in a personal way. It also serves as a venue in which graduates can challenge their peers and community to live lives that bring glory and honor to God.
