The Wausau Fire Department is teaming up with Culver’s to host a special fundraising event. The "Fill the Boot" campaign, a longstanding tradition of firefighters nationwide, is set to take place on June 12, 2024 at Culver’s Bridge Street location in Wausau. Funds raised during the "Fill the Boot" event will directly benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association, enhancing vital services and programs that support our neighbors in need. The event will kick off at 4 pm, with the reading of the Fill The Boot Day proclamation by Mayor Doug Diny, and will feature firefighters from the Wausau Fire Department delivering orders both in the dining room and in the drive thru, ready to collect donations.
