My daughter has lived with me in Wisconsin for the last 2 years (she will be 3 soon). I took her for a visit to her dads in Tennessee and while there her dad was verbally abusive to me. While I was gone, her dad said he wouldn’t be giving her back. I consulted a family law attorney and they said I had a right to go get her so I did. Her Dad told cops I kidnapped her so I was pulled over and arrested. I’m out on bond and my daughter is with her dad. Please pray Wisconsin takes jurisdiction over this case so I can get my daughter back sooner and the charges dropped thank you.
