Weekly indoor services have resumed in our facility at 9:00AM & 10:45AM (our online campus continues to stream services at both hours). Hand sanitizer is available and the wearing of face coverings is strongly encouraged. Seating is spread out to provide social distancing, offering plates are not being passed, and we are utilizing pre-packaged communion kits. Moreover, please note that our cleaning regimen has been ramped-up with daily cleaning of high-touch surfaces (and cleaning of chairs and high-touch surfaces between services).
WI Emergency Order #1 addresses the wearing of a face covering indoors, but provides exceptions for those who have trouble breathing, or with medical or mental health conditions that prevent the wearing of a mask. Please contact your healthcare provider for guidance.
Those exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 are urged not to come to in-person worship but to seek medical care and then join us for our livestream! High-risk individuals (seniors and those with underlying conditions) are encouraged to prioritize their health and safety and follow the counsel of their healthcare provider.
During this season we are taking extra precautions to keep our children, families, and volunteer team safe. Class sizes will be limited to allow physical distancing, and volunteers will encourage children to be mindful of distancing from their classmates.
Each classroom is stocked with the appropriate sanitization supplies to disinfect the classroom space as needed while children are present. After each service, the classrooms are cleaned and sanitized to prevent cross contamination between groups of children. All toys and supplies are changed out between groups as an extra measure, as well. Because of the extra time needed to sanitize spaces, and change out classroom items, we are not allowing seedlings and sprouts aged children to be dropped off in classrooms until 5 minutes before services start. We ask that you make an effort to pick up your child(ren) promptly after service to allow our volunteers ample time to complete our classroom cleaning and sanitization requirements.
We ask during this time families refrain from attending our Kid’s Grove Children’s Ministry programming if you or your child experiences any cold, flu, or COVID 19 symptoms. Volunteers will be encouraged to follow the same precautions regarding their own health.
