89Q Music!

Please share your thoughts on the music you hear on 89Q. All fields are required. Anonymous or incomplete surveys will not be considered. Surveys that give the same answer for every song will also be discarded.

Instructions:
First, before you fill out all of the information, it would be good to make sure our survey form is compatible with your web browser. For most, this will not be an issue. However, I would rather you make sure things will work smoothly for you before you take the time to fill out the survey. All you need to do is write "test" or something in a few of the first lines. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit the submit button. If you are taken to the 89Q homepage, it works! Just log on to the music page again and start the survey. If you get an error message of some kind, you will need to fill out the form, then copy and paste the answers into an email. Again, this will not be an issue for most.

Once you are ready to go, just fill in your name, email phone number, gender and age. Click the link for the first song and listen to the short clip. Then answer the three questions. Easy, right? Continue this process with the rest of the songs. At the bottom of the page you'll find some songs that we're considering playing on 89Q in the future. You may or may not be familiar with them. The clip for these songs is a little longer to give you a little better feel for the song. Once you've listened, please share your thoughts on the songs. Do you like them? Do you think your family and friends would? Do you think they would sound good on 89Q? Feel free to be candid with your responses.

Once you've filled in all the information, click the submit button, and you're done! Again, once you've successfully submitted the survey you will be re-directed to the 89Q homepage. Survey deadline is 12pm on Monday, June 21st.
